From the sea, straight to a digital storefront.
e-KAN opens a route for Sabah's seafood and downstream products to be sold online — instead of depending only on wholesalers or the local market.
e-KAN
A combination of marketplace, training and a mobile app — that is what sets e-KAN apart from an ordinary marketplace.
Three components
- The e-KAN platform — digital storefront, cart, payments, delivery and customer management.
- e-Commerce training — Start-Up, Boost-Up, Level-Up.
- The e-Kan Center app — manage your store, products and sales from a phone.
Who it is for
- Fishermen and downstream fisheries entrepreneurs.
- Local Sabah entrepreneurs and the general public.
- Training fees are mostly free or subsidised by the Sabah state government.
